Princess Picks Fort Lauderdale to Unveil the Outboard-Powered C48

· 1 min read

Princess Yachts has chosen the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show as the place to show the C48, a model built around outboard power rather than the inboard arrangements the British yard is known for. The boat marks a new line for Princess, and the decision to launch it on the Florida docks says something about where the builder sees the buyers for it. For owners walking the show, it is the kind of debut worth a detour to the Princess display to see how the yard has handled an outboard hull at this size. Length, naval architect, and price were not on the record at the time of the announcement.

With reporting from Yachting.
