Saratoga Gets Its Turn as the Market Moves to Breeding Prospects

· 1 min read

Fasig-Tipton is holding its Saratoga Fall Mixed Sale, and it comes to Saratoga Springs while the sales calendar is still riding a very strong run of yearling auctions. With the yearlings sold, the market now turns to the breeding side of the business. Lexington hosts the largest of those sales, but before the action moves to Kentucky, the ring in upstate New York gets its own session. The sale is a reminder that the auction year has another chapter after the yearlings, and that Saratoga still has a place in it.

With reporting from Thoroughbred Daily News.
