The American SetChad Brown Brings His Record to Thursday's Flower Bowl
The Flower Bowl Stakes goes to the post on Thursday, a Grade 2 carrying a purse of half a million dollars. Chad Brown, whose barn has already taken this race before, sends a runner back in pursuit of the trophy. For the turf set, the afternoon is less about the result than the sight of a conditioner who has made this particular race his own returning to defend his standing in it.
