Road & Track Finds the 2027 GLE450 Sharper in Nearly Every Detail

· 1 min read

Road & Track has put the 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 through its testing and come away calling it the strongest mid-size SUV the marque has yet built. The magazine's verdict rests on how much has changed: by its account, the underlying architecture is close to the only element carried over, and almost every revision lands on the right side of the ledger. For owners who have kept a GLE in the garage through earlier model years, that is the useful note, since a familiar platform now carries a thoroughly reworked car above it. We have not driven the 2027 GLE450 ourselves and report the result as the magazine published it.

With reporting from Road & Track.
