Rivian Chooses a Quieter Cabin for the R2

· 1 min read

On later R2 builds, the ventilated seats no longer send air through the backrest. Rivian made the change after deciding that the fans inside were louder than it would accept. That leaves owners with a little less airflow and a quieter cabin, a trade any driver who has noticed a whirring seat on a still evening will understand. For owners keeping an eye on how the R2 develops, it's a small production change worth noting.
