The Raptor's Engine Comes Down the Bronco Range for 2027

· 1 min read

Ford's twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6, until now the signature of the Bronco Raptor, will be available in additional versions of the Bronco for the 2027 model year. That puts the flagship's powertrain within reach of buyers who want the engine without stepping all the way up to the Raptor. Ford is also extending several of the lineup's most-requested features to a wider spread of trims. For a Bronco owner weighing an order, the change means the configuration choices broaden considerably, and a 2027 car with the big V-6 outside the Raptor badge is a new combination to note in the model's build history.
