The Electric Boxster Keeps Its Heart in the Same Place

· 1 min read

For the coming 718 Boxster EV, Porsche put the battery pack in the bay its engine used to occupy. Car and Driver rode along in the car and said it felt remarkably like the roadster owners already know. Because the weight sits where it always has, the car keeps the shape and handling balance that have long defined the Boxster. For anyone with a 718 in the garage, the electric version should feel like the same car.

With reporting from Car and Driver.
