A 2010 Honda Pilot's Rear Camera Gets a Night Out at a Live Show

· 1 min read

A rear-view camera from a 2010 Honda Pilot has been used to record a concert, which proves the factory unit can capture more than a driveway. The footage keeps the camera's parking grid laid over the stage, so the reversing lines that once framed a garage wall now frame a performance. Nobody will mistake the picture for the work of a modern sensor, and that is a large part of its charm. Anyone who has owned a Pilot from that model year will know those guide lines at once, and it is a pleasure to see a plain piece of family-SUV equipment do a job its engineers never planned for.
