On Sunday in Chicago, both marathon titles went to runners in Adidas. Amos Kipruto won the men's field and Hawi Feysa won the women's, and each crossed the finish line in the brand's high-performance racing shoes. For an archive that logs who wore what and when, this one is easy to file: one city, one day, two champions and the same name on both pairs. On a course that runs for miles, the look the two winners shared was on their feet.
