Vogue has turned its attention to the Pacific Northwest and the coast as an autumn escape, and its picks run from a cabin set deep among tall Douglas-firs to a historic Portland farmhouse in the Queen Anne style. Either way, the dress code is layers and a good coat, so plan your suitcase around the weather.
