The American SetNick Cannon Brings His Podcast to BET as a Weekly Television Series
BET is adding a late-night program to its lineup, with Nick Cannon as host. The show grows out of "Nick Cannon @ Night," which has until now existed as a podcast with a video component. Under the new arrangement it will air once a week on the network. Its subject matter is romance, intimacy and the way couples get along, handled in a conversational format. The move returns BET to a late-night slot it had stepped away from, and it gives Cannon a television home for a show that began outside of broadcast.
