Merged Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery Company Names Two Directors and an Adviser

Skydance Corp., the company created when Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery combined, announced Tuesday that Laurene Powell Jobs and Bobby Kotick will join its board. In the same announcement, the company said Tony Blair will serve as an adviser. The move adds two directors to the board that oversees one of the largest groups of studios and media brands in American entertainment, a business with deep roots in Los Angeles.
